There are three types of Customer Data Platforms (CDP):

1. Basic CDP: An entry-level CDP is the most common and a great starting point for any business. It allows you to store and organize customer data in a single platform, enabling better segmentation and more efficient campaigns.

2. Pro CDP: Alternatively, businesses with more complex use cases may opt for a Pro CDP. Pro CDPs include advanced segmentation capabilities, analytics, and support for more advanced marketing automation, such as personalized experiences.

3. Enterprise CDP: Enterprise CDPs are designed for large scale businesses that require a more robust platform. It provides access to more data sources and advanced features such as predictive analytics and real-time insights into customer behavior.

### When considering which type of CDP is best for your business, it’s important to understand the use cases for each one. For example, a Basic CDP is great for getting a better handle on customer data and is suitable for any size business. A Pro CDP is best for more advanced campaigns requiring more intricate segmentation, while an Enterprise CDP helps large businesses make better decisions based on real-time data. Ultimately, the best CDP for your business depends on your individual needs and objectives.
