Credits are the basic unit of value used to access ZEPIC's services and features, including Email, WhatsApp, flows, connectors, and Zenie AI.

With 1000 ZEPIC credits, you can do any one of the following:
- Send up to 10,000 emails to your customers
- Send up to 800 WhatsApp messages to Indian numbers
- Send up to 300 WhatsApp messages to North American numbers
- Use up to 3 different Zenie AI uses cases (generate flows or campaigns or images)

Events are your customers' activities, actions, or interactions captured in ZEPIC. An event can be submitting a form on your website, placing an order, making a product enquiry, contacting the support team, or more.

By capturing all these events in ZEPIC, you gain deeper customer insights and richer context, enabling more personalized and impactful marketing communications.

Don't worry. We'll alert you early—when you're at 80% or 90% of your usage—to let you know you're nearing your contact limit. Our customer support team will contact you and ensure you are moved to the next appropriate tier; your ongoing campaigns and flows will be unaffected.

Absolutely! Your plan comes with a set of ZEPIC plan credits. You can use them for either Email or WhatsApp (or for Zenie AI or Flows).

If you exhaust them, you can always top them up. If you have a seasonal spike or usage, you can easily add more credits to match your specific needs and usage patterns.
