What happens when my account reaches the contact limit?

Don't worry. We'll alert you early—when you're at 80% or 90% of your usage—to let you know you're nearing your contact limit. Our customer support team will contact you and ensure you are moved to the next appropriate tier; your ongoing campaigns and flows will be unaffected.

Can I purchase additional Email or WhatsApp credits?

Absolutely! Your plan comes with a default set of credits; if you exhaust them, you can always top them up. If you have a seasonal spike or usage, you can easily add more credits to match your specific needs and usage patterns.
